The décor of this branch can only be described as tres chic, with a sultry red, and darker hues to add to the ambience.
To begin with, a complimentary, warm bread basket is provided, with at least eight different types. Favorite dishes include Thick Sliced Wagyu Beef Sirloin, Free-range quail with foie gras, served with mashed potato, Japanese Sea Urchin Eggs in a wasabi foam, Maine Lobster and Cauliflower, Amuse Bouche, Caramelized Cream Custard with Pistachio and Cacao, Scallops Carpaccio with Mango, Vanilla oil, and Basil.
Lunch: $500-650HKD, Dinner $900-2,000HKD per person.
